We will be closed for inventory from Dec 26 through Jan 2. No orders will be shipped at this time.
At the present moment we are using a fixed shipping of $6 for every order. Take advantage of this while you can because the more you order on the same order, the more you save on shipping charges. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive your order. We do not ship on Weekends or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for orders placed over the weekend. Zippoonline may ship from multiple locations in the U.S. If your order should arrive in separate shipments, please do not be concerned. To save you money, we calculate shipping charges as if your order shipped all together. We will notify you immediately if any item cannot be shipped within 7 days, which at that time you will be given the option to cancel your order.
RETURNS:
Zippo Lighters: Zippo Lighters can be returned in unused resalable condition within 15 days from the invoice date. Any Zippo Lighter that has been filled with lighter fluid or is missing the orange warning sticker cannot be returned.

After a return is received:
Zippoonline.com will issue a full credit, less shipping costs, within 21 days of receiving the return. Zippoonline.com retains the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee. Zippoonline.com will ship replacement item/s within 3 business days upon receipt of the return. Zippoonline.com suggests that if you have not received credit, please contact us or check with your credit card company.
Shipping cost will only be refunded if Zippoonline.com made a mistake in shipping the product. If the product is being returned for replacement, additional shipping charges will apply. Zippoonline.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit. Zippoonline.com suggests having the returned package insured and by a carrier with online tracking.
